Collaborating with Benjamin Sternthal for this large-scale project of more than 300 rental units in western Montreal, we developed a differentiation strategy in the face of particularly dense competition. Our daring approach culminated in a major launch event, worthy of downtown sales projects. This rise in the rental marketing standard has allowed Hemisphere to position itself as a premium reference in its sector.
