This mixed rental and condominium project required a strategy of differentiation between two distinct products, while maintaining a coherent guideline. Our challenge was complicated by the need to create a perception of value in Otterburn Park, an area less developed than the rest of the South Shore. This nuanced marketing approach made it possible to position each segment according to its specificities while promoting the location and the potential for appreciation of the sector.
